Material Stress Tests

To ensure the durable, long-lasting quality of VS furniture, we conduct rigorous material stress tests in our own testing lab, in addition to external testing. These tests, alongside our DIN EN ISO 9001-certified quality management system, reinforce our commitment to excellence.

Tubular Steel Machining

Our tubular steel is precisely formed using advanced CNC-controlled laser technology, and welding is primarily done using the MAG method, which ensures strong, durable joints for long-lasting performance.

Chipboard Machining

Our chipboard machining process is fully automated with CNC technology, ensuring precise sawing, milling, drilling, grinding, and edge attachment for superior quality.
