As a base, cube-shaped and upright containers may be integrated into the configuration as well as sideboards, so that storage space is included near the workstation. Serie 901 also offers a number of deployable platforms. This system has representational characteristics as well as being functional, which is emphasized by the elegant sliding-door cabinets and sideboards from the Serie 700.
